Paragon Living, a local developer and builder, made an application to subdivide (consolidate) the site and rezone it to accommodate a mixed-use commercial and residential multi-family building, which was approved by Council in April of 2024. Paragon recognizes that nearby residents may be interested in the redevelopment of this site. Landmark Planning & Design has been leading the planning, engagement, and development approval processes for this project.
