565 - 569 Watt Street Residential Multi-Family Development

Futuremark, a residential and commercial developer, is preparing a design package to redevelop 565 - 569 Watt Street as a residential multi-family development. The site, identified as a priority site for new and affordable housing as one of the Housing Accelerator Fund initiatives by the City’s Land Enhancement Office, was approved to be rezoned to accommodate new development. Landmark Planning & Design is working with Futuremark and 5468796 architecture towards the redevelopment, and is leading the the planning and engagement processes.
