Oak River Meadow - Ile des Chênes - Phase Two Concept Planning

Landmark Planning & Design has been leading the planning and engagement processes for Terracon Development Ltd. and Waterside Development Corp.’s new residential neighbourhood in Ile des Chênes, called Oak River Meadow. The first phase of this neighbourhood, approved by RM Council in 2022, is under construction. Concept planning is being initiated for the second phase of this development.
